Hope for Families is a faith-based 501(c)(3) NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION. Our aim is to bring the hope and resolution you need through one of our many programs including our grant program to contribute funds toward your past due mortgage.

Hope for Families is experienced and proficient in financial negotiations such as delinquency repayment plans, modification of loans, pre-foreclosure sale and others. We can also assist you in finding refinancing. There are many compassionate community groups that provide flexibility in securing new mortgages for families with challenged credit.

We the undersigned directors of Hope for Families do pledge and solemnly commit to serve the homeowners facing financial crisis and property foreclosure whenever and wherever possible with all the resources and expertise at our disposal.

WE will evaluate the current situation and help identify the issues that have caused the homeowners’ difficult state; present to the homeowners these distinguishing factors causing the current financial dilemma and develop a workable plan to effect positive changes toward resolution. We will provide foreclosure intervention providing loss mitigation on behalf of the homeowner with the lender to help the homeowner keep their home and/or avoid foreclosure. We will provide educational resources to the homeowner to overcome patterns of financial dysfunction and foreclosure prevention. We will develop a financial strategy for lifelong success. We will provide marriage enhancement counseling when necessary to help restore healing and strength in the home.
